Product design
The containment shell and tank use a detachable design for easy maintenance. The tank connection flange is welded. The containment shell and tank flange provide a secure seal and allow cleaning without dead spaces.

Operating principle
The unit consists of inner and outer magnets, a containment shell and a drive motor. Parts in contact with the material use 316L/304 materials. A permanent-magnet coupling drives the stirring shaft. The rotating impeller creates a vortex, and centrifugal force circulates material against the tank walls to achieve homogenization, mixing, dissolution and dispersion.
Technical advantages
A shaft-seal-free magnetic-levitation drive uses a permanent magnetic field for contactless stirring, addressing shaft-seal leakage and wear, reducing maintenance costs and preventing material contamination. The intelligent variable-frequency system automatically adjusts speed according to viscosity, with mixing uniformity exceeding 99%, suitable for complex systems such as high-viscosity emulsions and suspensions.
