MYP26-2D Magnetic Stirrer

The newly designed MYP26-2D brushless magnetic stirring controller provides speed and time control only. It is simple to operate, compact, attractive and easy to install.
• A segmented VA color LCD provides the display, with rotary encoders for operation
• A brushless motor with an integrated driver provides speed control. Compared with conventional brushless controllers, this offers simple control, compact construction, high integration and easy maintenance
• PI speed control with configurable acceleration and deceleration times; select one-way or alternating forward/reverse operation
• A speed-fault alarm automatically stops the motor
I.Performance Specifications
1. Supply voltage: 10～24VDC;
2. Ambient temperature: -10～60℃; relative humidity: < 90%RH (non-condensing)
3. Motor type: brushless motor with integrated driver
4. Speed setting range: 50～3000RPM; measured value error: ≤ 2RPM
5. Time setting range: 0～1999 minutes (seconds), determined by the time-unit parameter; timing error: < 1%

II.Operation
1. Powering on the controller
At power-on, the buzzer sounds and all LCD segments illuminate for approximately 3 seconds. Then the controller shows H30 in the upper speed row and the version number in the lower row for approximately 1 second before entering the normal display.
2. Starting and stopping
In the normal display state, press the speed key to start or stop the motor.
While the motor is running, press the time key to start or stop the timer.
When the set time is 0, timing is disabled and the motor must be stopped manually.
When the set time is greater than 0, the display counts down the running time. At the end, the lower time row displays End, the motor stops and the buzzer sounds for ESt seconds. Press the time or speed key to clear End.
3. Setting speed and time
In the normal display state, rotate the speed encoder to enter speed setting. The upper speed row shows the setpoint and SV flashes. Rotate the encoder to change the value. The setting is saved automatically and this mode exits 2 seconds after rotation stops.
In the normal display state, rotate the time encoder to enter time setting. Operation is the same as for speed.
4. Speed alarm
If a motor stall persists for 5 seconds, a speed-fault alarm occurs and the motor stops automatically. The lower speed row displays the Err fault code. After resolving the fault, press the speed key to restart.
5. Muting
While the buzzer sounds, press or rotate either encoder to mute it.

Standard equipment: main unit ×1, PTFE stir bars ×2, stand and instruction manual.
After-sales service: 1-year warranty on the complete unit, excluding user-caused damage. Contact your dealer or Shanghai Meiyingpu after-sales service for faults. Do not disassemble the unit yourself.
