　　Product features: Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE, F4) is pure white and offers heat resistance, low-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, electrical insulation, low friction, nonstick behavior and nontoxicity. Details: PTFE (F4) is pure white; its working temperature range is -200 to +250°C; at -196°C it retains 5%; it resists strong acids, alkalis, aqua regia and organic solvents; its dielectric properties are independent of temperature and frequency; it has a very low friction coefficient and does not adhere to other substances. PTFE magnetic stir bars are used in petroleum, chemical engineering, education, environmental protection, public health and research. They are useful for low-viscosity corrosive liquids; higher-viscosity liquids can use PTFE stirring shafts. Because of the material, PTFE magnetic stir bars cost more than permanent-magnet stir bars.
